Return & Refund Policy

At Caromini Lux, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@caromini-lux.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
